We specialize in the packaging for export of studio glass sculptures, exclusive decorative and functional glassware, porcelain, ceramics, paintings, sculptures, small furniture and antiques.
Our highly sophisticated method of custom packaging is designed to protect and ensure the safety of the precious works of art, gifts, and interests in which our customers have entrusted to us. We value our techniques as an expression of our responsibility to our customers.
Each item is placed thoughtfully and carefully into a proper, custom manufactured case that corresponds to its material nature, shape, weight and method of transportation. The case construction complies with international packaging standards as well as the requirements set by Ceska Pojistovna (Czech Insurance Co.) 2003.
Packaging Demonstration
Packing into cardboard boxes
Cardboard boxes are filled with foam cushions that protect all Surface and Air Mail consignments. We currently use the most up to date packing technology available. The foam cushions we use are produced by “The Speedy Packer (Sealed Air Inc.)” and are ISTA certified (International Safe Transit Association). They are economically efficient, extremely light weight, flexible, not harmful to the environment and they conform to the shape of the item being packed (see photos).
Packing into wooden crates
Wooden crates are extremely safe and protective containers for international transport. All air cargo, truck and ship consignments are packed using this method. Depending on the nature of the object, we carry and utilize packing accessories that range from Speedy Packer foam pads and bubble wrap to styrofoam, straw and paper. All of our warehouse packing accessories provide the utmost safety assurance for all international shipping purposes.
